Connect your AI to Vacei
Use one connection for the whole Vacei client portal: Books, documents, audit, tax, payroll and your other available service workspaces. The tools your AI can use follow your account permissions and available services.
Connect once with your Vacei account
- In your AI application, add a remote MCP connection named Vacei.
- Use this address:
https://mcp.vacei.com/mcp - Choose OAuth with automatic client registration. Sign in with your own Vacei client account and review the permissions. Enable Books writing only if you want your AI to help record entries. No static client secret is needed.
- Enable Vacei in your conversation. Ask: “Which companies and services can I access in Vacei? Do not change any records.” Check the company before continuing.
ChatGPT on the web
Enable developer mode where your plan and workspace allow it, then open Settings or Workspace settings → Apps → Create. Add Vacei with the address above and OAuth, scan the tools, sign in and approve access, then create the app and enable it in your conversation. Claude
Open Customize → Connectors → Add custom connector. Name it Vacei and use the address above. For OAuth client registration, choose Register automatically, then connect and review the Vacei permissions. Your workspace may require an administrator to add the connector. Claude setup reference.
Your companies, your permissions
Your connection can access only the companies and records your client account is authorised to use. Client connections include reading your authorised portal records. Uploading documents and responding in your workspaces, preparing drafts and writing to Books are optional permissions you choose separately. Draft permission does not allow posting to Books. Client connections do not gain staff powers or permission to submit statutory filings.
Review drafts and source information before confirming a change. Sensitive Books and service actions keep their confirmation checks and audit trail. An uploaded document is evidence; uploading it does not post a journal.
Your own AI
The AI application you connect receives the information you ask it to read. Your AI subscription is separate from Vacei. Vacei Books does not run Vacei AI workers on your documents. Professional services are optional and quoted separately.
Manage access
Remove the Vacei connection in your AI application when you no longer need it. If your application uses a personal access token, create and revoke it in Settings → Connect your AI. Keep tokens private; never put your password, verification code or a secret token in a chat.
